Currently , Farasazan avijeh is only company with manufacturing certificate for bed joint Reinforcement from the Road, Housing & Urban Development Research institution .
The bed joint reinforcement plays a crucial role in strengthening walls, and in recent years, in addition to international standards, it has also been incorporated into various internal codes . For example, it is included in the eighth volume of the National Building framework , Regulation 729 titled Guidelines for Seismic Design of Non-Structural Masonry Walls Reinforced with Bed Reinforcement , Regulation 819 titled Guidelines for Structural Design and Execution Details of Non-Structural Walls, and finally, Appendix 6 of Standard 2800 titled Guidelines for Architectural Non-Structural Components Design which has been able to improve a part of technical issues of buildings in resisting natural disasters .
